To provide growth tracking, we process your child's growth measurements (height, weight, BMI and related entries), care logs and notes you record, and any progress photos you choose to upload. Health data is treated as sensitive personal data under Article 9 GDPR and handled accordingly.
We process health data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you create a profile and enter measurements, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service you requested.
You have the right to access, export, correct, erase, and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@growchart.app or use the in-app tools. We respond within 30 days.
We keep measurements, logs, and photos only while your account is active. When you use self-service deletion, your measurements, logs, photos, and authentication record are removed, typically within 30 days.
Your child's health data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. We share it only with processors strictly necessary to run the service (for example payments and email delivery), each bound by data protection agreements.
The in-app growth advisor answers questions using automated processing of the measurements you enter. Your advisor questions and health data are not used to train models.
GrowChart runs on infrastructure hosted in the EU and US. Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
